Our normal operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Gear can be picked up after 2 PM and must be returned before 11 AM.
Please note that pickups or returns outside of these times may incur an additional rental day charge.
Absolutely! We’re happy to assist you in exploring your rental. We can recommend gear based on your requirements and provide guidance on how to use it effectively!
Equipment prep services are available for $100.00 / hour (IE: Build camera on gimbal, handheld)
Weekend pickups and drop-offs can be arranged.
Weekend or off-hour openings incur a base fee of $200.00 / instance. For any openings exceeding one hour, an additional fee of $100.00 / hour will apply.
Weekday messenger rates are as follows:
9 AM – 5:30 PM: $100.00 ($150.00 for oversized)
Before 9 AM / After 5:30 PM: $125.00 ($250.00 for oversized)
Weekend messenger rates are as follows:
9 AM – 5:30 PM: $200.00 ($250.00 for oversized)
Before 9 AM / After 5:30 PM: $250.00 ($300.00 for oversized)
Yes, we can accommodate rush requests.

All rentals cancelled without 24-hour notice are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. Cancellations within 48-hour notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
