Please note that the entrance is at 84 Washington St, New York, NY 11960.

What are your normal operating hours?

Our normal operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

What time(s) can I pick up / drop off gear?

Gear can be picked up after 2 PM and must be returned before 12 PM.

Please note that pickups or returns outside of these times may incur an additional rental day charge.

Can you walk me through my rental?

Absolutely! We’re happy to assist you in exploring your rental. We can recommend gear based on your requirements and provide guidance on how to use it effectively!

Am I able to pick up / drop off on weekends?

Weekend pickups and drop-offs can be arranged.

Please note that there is a $75 fee for pickups or returns conducted on weekends.

Do you deliver / pick up gear?

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services.

Please note that there is a $75 fee per instance on weekdays and a $100 fee per instance on weekends.

Do you do honor rush requests?

Yes, we can accommodate rush requests.

Please note that there may be an additional fee.

Can you help me build a custom kit?

Yes, we’re here to assist you in creating a custom kit tailored to your requirements.
